At The Little Pin, every item is made with love and care, and we want you to feel completely happy with your purchase.
Because of the nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. That said, we know things don't always go perfectly, so if your order arrives faulty, damages or incorrect, here's how we'll help:
- Please contact us at hello@thelittlepin.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Share your order number, a quick note about the issue and a photo or two.
- If approved, we'll organise a replacement or refund promptly.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days once your item has been received and checked.
This policy is in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which ensures that all products must be safe, of acceptable quality and as described.
