Premium Materials

Our pins are available in elegant silver-plated or gold-plated finished, crafted with high quality metals and materials. Each pin is designed to not only look beautiful but to last, making it the perfect keepsake piece.

Secure Dividers

Each pin is fitted with small, rounded dividers that safely separate your charms. These sit on the lower part of the pin and are securely locked in place so they cannot roll off, even when unclipping the pin. A simple detail that ensures both safety and durability.

Every pin arrives in our custom clear-window display box, framed by a sleek white surround. The box slides neatly into a sleeve printed with our branding. This thoughtful packaging makes your pin instantly ready to showcase or gift.

Gift-Ready Finishing Touch

For an elevated experience, you can choose to add our exclusive branded ribbon wrap. This option transforms the packaging into a beautiful, gift-ready presentation - perfect for celebrating life's special moments.

Design Your Own Pin - FAQs

How big are the pins and what can I pin them to?

Our pins measure approximately 37mm in length. They can be pinned to baby's clothing (in a safe area and only on little ones who won't tug or play with it), as well as to blankets, prams, bassinets or baby bags. For safety, never place pins on a sleeping baby and always remove them before sleep. Always ensure pins are securely fastened and kept out of reach of curious hands.

How many charms can I add to my pin?

You can add a minimum of 1 charm and up to 4 charms maximum. For the best look and balance, we recommend choosing 3 to 4 charms per pin.

How long will it take to receive my pin?

Your custom pin will be made and dispatched within 24-28 hours of placing your order. For delivery timeframes, please see our Shipping Information page.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Because each pin is custom-made, once your order is confirmed it cannot be changed. If you realise there is an issue straight after ordering, you can email us at hello@thelittlepin.com.au and we'll do our best to help - however, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Do you accept refunds or exchanges on custom pins?

Because each pin is custom-made especially for you, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges on these items. Please double-check your design before placing your order. If you have any concerns once your pin arrives, feel free to reach out to us at hello@thelittlepin.com.au and we'll be happy to assist.

Will the colours and size look exactly the same in person?

We do our best to ensure colours and sizing are represented as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting or the handcrafted nature of each charm. Rest assured, your pin will closely resemble the design you see when building it.

Im looking for something different - can you help?

Absolutely! If you're after something unique or a design outside our current collection, please email us at hello@thelittlepin.com.au or reach out via our Contact Us page. We'll be happy to see what's possible for you.
