Design Your Own Pin - FAQs

How big are the pins and what can I pin them to?

Our pins measure approximately 37mm in length. They can be pinned to baby's clothing (in a safe area and only on little ones who won't tug or play with it), as well as to blankets, prams, bassinets or baby bags. For safety, never place pins on a sleeping baby and always remove them before sleep. Always ensure pins are securely fastened and kept out of reach of curious hands.

How many charms can I add to my pin?

You can add a minimum of 1 charm and up to 4 charms maximum. For the best look and balance, we recommend choosing 3 to 4 charms per pin.

How long will it take to receive my pin?

Your custom pin will be made and dispatched within 24-28 hours of placing your order. For delivery timeframes, please see our Shipping Information page.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Because each pin is custom-made, once your order is confirmed it cannot be changed. If you realise there is an issue straight after ordering, you can email us at hello@thelittlepin.com.au and we'll do our best to help - however, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Do you accept refunds or exchanges on custom pins?

Because each pin is custom-made especially for you, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges on these items. Please double-check your design before placing your order. If you have any concerns once your pin arrives, feel free to reach out to us at hello@thelittlepin.com.au and we'll be happy to assist.

Will the colours and size look exactly the same in person?

We do our best to ensure colours and sizing are represented as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting or the handcrafted nature of each charm. Rest assured, your pin will closely resemble the design you see when building it.
